It all begins with an idea. We work closely with you to develop a conceptual vision based on your future needs. This informed design proposal is then refined in preparation for formal applications under planning, listed building consent (where applicable), local authority plans and legislation.
Build it.
Next up, the construction phase. Once local authority approvals are in place, we will translate your proposals into detailed technical drawings that comply with Building Regulations and obtain full plans approval from Building Control. We can then hand this to your preferred builder, or provide a specification and tender on your behalf, supervising the entire construction process to completion.
